What to expect
Our services are full of life, the presence of the Holy Spirit and powerful teaching of the Word of God.
What are your services like?
In every service, we have dynamic praise and worship. anointed preaching and teaching, and powerful demonstration of the Holy Spirit.
What languages are your services in?
Our services are bilingual, either in Finnish or in English. We always have simultaneous translation available via the LiveVoice app to the following languages: English, Finnish, Russian. Please bring your own mobile device and headphones if you wish to listen to translation.
Can I come with my children?
We have an amazing kids ministry, where we make childcare and facilities available for families to be able to come to church together.
Our Sunday kids’ program:
- 10AM – Kids Church for ages 1-12
- 5PM – Mini Club for ages 3-7 & Kids Club for ages 8-12
Is the location easily accessible by public transportation?
Yes! The church is located in Ulkoniitynkuja 6, Vantaa and is easily accessible by train and bus. You can find more detailed instructions on how to get to the location here.

River Church Finland is born out of a vision to honor God in Finland! We believe that Sunday church can be a place where Christians can get spiritual nourishment so they can face the new week full of power!
Our vision is that every Finn will hear the good news of the Gospel and can find a church where they can grow in their faith in order to bear fruit.
MEET OUR PASTORS
Tomi & Sanna Lehto
They moved to Finland in the year 2011 following the call of God. After serving as missionaries and preaching the Gospel across the country, they felt led to start a church in 2012. This is when River Helsinki Church and River Bible Institute Finland were founded.
